INSURANCE AND PAYMENT

The providers at Gilbert Psychological Services do not accept insurance. Full payment is due at time of service and will be securely processed through Stripe (the company used by our electronic medical record/billing system).

Although we are not contracted with any insurance companies, we are considered out-of-network providers for most insurance plans. If you are interested in receiving reimbursement from your insurance company for our services, you should first contact your insurance company's member services to determine your out-of-network benefits.

A "superbill," also known as a Statement for Insurance Reimbursement, will be created by our billing system each month. This document is similar to a statement, but provides additional information like CPT codes and a client's diagnosis code(s). All billing documents will be available to you through the Client Portal.​
